Your satisfaction and respect for your privacy guide the conduct of our daily activities. Therefore, we have adopted the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to ensure that we fulfill our responsibilities in this area. The Policy constitutes one of the pillars of the privacy protection program.

This program aims to ensure compliance with the legal framework established by the Act modernizing the legislative provisions regarding the protection of personal information, SQ 2021. The Policy sets out the commitments of Éclairage TST Lightning towards the protection of your privacy and aims to establish and to maintain your trust in our practices in this area. SCOPE

The Policy governs the way in which Éclairage TST Lightning processes the personal information of its customers, candidates for positions posted on its website and any other person, regardless of the medium on which this information is found: paper document, recording sound or database, for example.
